Day Six - T&A Measure Less Today...

Today was the perfect 26 minutes of a great workout. Going with the same group is keeping us all motivated, along with the financial investment we've made and the return on investment by recruiting friends = one free month per person. Trudy is still recovering from her hip alignment (ouch), but should be back in action soon, we miss her. 

How I felt...
Now that we're half way through the 10 sessions, plus the initial introduction, it's now routine to do this and keep doing this.
I've noticed a great improvement on the way I feel and the lack of pain afterward. Only FIVE days ago I measured my hips, abs and bust and already I've shed a total of 2.5 inches from these areas! The weight is still somewhere, but hopefully that will disappear, maybe it's transferring to muscle.
The Paleo diet is working great for me, I'm sticking to meat, vegetables, water and spices to cut out sugar, grains, dairy and starch. My birthday is coming up and I'm going to have a beer or two, but am making a Paleo cake with almond meal instead of flour, so hopefully that will balance it out. I'll post the recipe soon.

So how did I do?
I'm still at my own pace, but it's getting there. Today's WOD had a few new elements to challenge our bodies, which is great! There was also a nice new rubber floor, which is a great improvement over the hard cement in there previously.

Warm up - Sprint 50 m and do the "duck walk" back X 2.
  • 30 Ball Squats X 3
  • 25 TRX Pull ups X 3
  • 20 Box Jumps (12 inches) X 3
  • 20 Dips (modified) X 3 

Now, we'll have to work on fixing the music situation and we'll be good to go...Def Leppard and some new beats keep me going...any other suggestions?
