Home WOD

Do you have 20 minutes to spare before your favorite program, in your hotel room or at your campsite? Here's one I just did while waiting for "Bachelorette" to come on tonight...feels good!

Five rounds:
  • 20 x Push ups
  • 20 x Sit ups
  • 20 x Squats
Time: 16:25
